1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Appropriations Ordinance (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and 33/100 (Php1, 638, 333.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Service Vehicle for use of Provincial Administrator-s Office - Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Division (LEDIPD) (Ref. No. 092-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
