1. The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the supply and delivery of service parts and/or repair services to Thermoking and Daikin refrigerated containers Walk-In-Freezers and Walk-in-Coolers (UNFICYP owned) on an 'as and when' required basis. 2. The resulting Contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with UNFICYP's sole option to extend the term of the Contract for an additional four (4) periods of one year each i.e. (1+1+1+1+1). 3. The Contractor(s) shall provide all spare parts including (but not limited to) thermostats, expansion valves, fan belts, refrigeration gas etc. and perform the repair services, on-site at UNFICYP's island-wide locations. 4. In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise.
