This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for ITT-52-24 Supply and Delivery of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking a qualified Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (“SCBA”) supplier for supply and delivery of 3M | Scott Safety brand, including parts, service, warranty, and training, as well as consideration for trade-ins as further described in Appendix D of the ITT Particulars.
