Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and Delivery of Security Services including Close Protection Security Services, Front Office Security, Staff Escorting to and from the Field/Airport in Hirshabelle State.

Interested Applicants will need to provide the following documentation to support the following in order to qualify:

? A minimum of three (3) years experience providing similar requirements as per the list below.

? Provide three (3) references of clients who you have provided similar goods/services to.

? Provide financial statements of your organization for the last three (3) years.

? Valid Business Registration and Tax Identification Number (TIN) for FGS and or the federal states in which the business is operating.

? Provide a physical address for where your organization operates from.

? Written Confirmation of no consistent history of court/arbitral award decisions that have been taken against them.

It is the intent of this REOI to solicit responses from all interested companies/individuals who can fulfil the above- mentioned requirements. Failure to provide the above documents may lead to automatic disqualification.

ASI supports projects in fragile and conflict-affected states around the globe, including in Somalia. ASI-s aim is to design and deliver a series of interventions that support stabilisation in recovered areas. To this end, security and stabilisation efforts support the delivery of key objective on behalf of and/or joint partnerships with the Federal Government of Somalia and the international community, including but not limited to: promoting security in Somalia, by working with the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) security forces, Somali National Army (SNA), Somali Police Force (SPF) and the African Mission in Somalia (AMISOM); supporting economic growth across various economic sectors, especially with a focus on working with women and youth.

As part of its overall organisational structure and systems, the ASI country office in Somalia has developed this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) to assure achievement of the various country offices- objectives in operational effectiveness and efficiency, reliable financial reporting and compliance with laws regulations in its projects implementation across the country.

Description of Requirements

Adam Smith International (ASI) Africa Limited intends to establish a two-year contract (one year with an option to extend for an additional year) for the provision of consulting services, non-consulting services, goods and works for its country offices in Somalia, as detailed below. This will be to serve all its current (and future projects) that it currently implements in the Federal Republic of Somalia.

Deadline for submission will be on 15th June 2018 2300hrs (East Africa Time). EOI will be opened promptly thereafter. Late EOI, portions of EOI not received shall not be accepted for evaluation or further consideration irrespective of the circumstances.
