Description : 1. One (1) Security Guard, with schedule of duty of Twelve (12) hours, Five (5) days a week from Mondays to
Fridays;
2. Inclusive date of Service: September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024;
3. Area of Delivery: DHSUD-XI, - 4PH PMO, JBL Building, Juna Subd., Davao City;
4. The prospective bidders preferably have an office address within Davao City;
5. The guard to be assigned must possess the following qualifications wherein documentary requirements must
be presented when required, to wit:
a) Must possess a valid license for security guard;
b) Must be a Filipino Citizen of good moral character;
c) Must be at least High School graduate;
d) Physically and mentally fit for the job;
e) Cleared by law enforcement or police agencies and without previous record of conviction from any
criminal act;
f) Not less than twenty-one (21) nor more than Fifty (50) years old;
g) Not addicted to any alcoholic drink/liquor nor prohibited drugs/substances;
h) Must be a non-smoker; and
i) Must be fully vaccinated of COVID-19 Vaccine.
