1. The Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela, through the GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-One Pesos (P 5, 374, 961.00 )being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for School Kits/Learning Materials for the Kits for Intelligence & Talent Enhancement (KITE) Provision with Project Identification Number 2026-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 30 days Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
