INVITATION TO BID
For the Supply and Delivery of School Bags
The City Government of Antipolo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of P 75, 973, 710.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of School Bags. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Antipolo now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of School Bags. Delivery of the Goods is 75 days.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” as revised by RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” and its IRR.
The Contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) pursuant to the IRR of the aforementioned laws.
