The Municipality of Baras Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting qualified bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the delivery and supply of the ff:

That as of bidding date, July 1, 2019 2:00 P.M., prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary examination of bids shall use for non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. Post qualifications of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
Eligibility and documents shall be issued to applicants upon filing of a Letter of Intent to apply and payment of a non refundable fee of
P 5, 000.00 in the form of cash or managers check in favor of the Municipality of Baras.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
The Municipality of Baras thru the Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or part thereof, or waived any defect contained therein and may accept the offer which it deems the lowest calculated responsive bid.
