1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine - Department of Health, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the items included in the project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ROTAVIRUS EIA KITS under BAC-NP no.: 2026-02-A with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P3, 450, 000.00) consisting of ONE (1) LINE ITEM BID.
2.The RITM BAC now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3.The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two (2) Failed Biddings, pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
