1) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), through the RA 12314 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT Regular 2026 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of
Six Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Nineteen Pesos & 70/100 (PHP 6, 983, 019.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Road Safety Devices. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Road Safety Devices. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
