Request for Quotation for
Supply and Delivery of Rice Sacks
1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Pesos (P 1, 126, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Rice Sacks. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.
2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
3. Procurement Documents may be acquired by interested Suppliers from August 15 to 18, 2025, from the address given below during office hours and it may also be downloaded free of charge from the PhilGEPS website.
