MUNICIPALITY OF GASAN
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE MILLED FOR RICE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
1) The Municipal Government of Gasan, through the LGSF-FALGU FA intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos Only (Php 4, 999, 740.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Rice Milled for Rice Distribution Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Gasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
