SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR LGU, BIRI, NORTHERN SAMAR
1) The Local Government Unit of Biri, Northern Samar, through the LGSF-GEF for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS & 00/100 (PHP 4, 999, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Rice for LGU, BIRI, NORTHERN SAMAR for Public Bidding No. 2026-05-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Biri, now invites bids for the above project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
