SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE INTENDED FOR RICE ASSISTANCE PROJECT
1) The Municipality of Kalayaan through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Forty Pesos & 00/100 (Php 4, 467, 640.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Rice intended for Rice Assistance Project.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Kalayaan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Rice intended for Rice Assistance Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
