INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR THE FOOD ASSISTANCE (RICE DISTRIBUTION PROJECT)
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (PHP4, 999, 960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR THE FOOD ASSISTANCE (RICE DISTRIBUTION PROJECT). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite now invites bids for the above contract to be submitted at the BAC Office. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the BAC Office on or before the deadline specified in the Bidding Documents. Completion of the contract is required within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
