1. The City Government of Lipa, through the Trust Fund - Local Government Support Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Eight Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 58, 933, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM TO SUPPORT FOOD SECURITY OF INDIGENT, VULNERABLE, AND/OR LOW INCOME FAMILIES IN THE CITY OF LIPA, with Project Identification Number-2026-04-1013.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
