1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and Fifty Centavos( Php 22, 998, 677.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE TO BE GIVEN AS FOOD ASSISTANCE FOR TARGET BENEFICIARIES with ITB NO. 04-26-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bidders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RICE TO BE GIVEN AS FOOD ASSISTANCE FOR TARGET BENEFICIARIES.
