1) The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, through the NGA-DILG Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5, 000, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Rice to be Distributed to Indigent Individuals/Families under the Rice Distribution PRoject /07-010-26-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days.
