1) The City Government of San Pablo, through the Annual Budget CY 2026 approved by the Sanggunian Panglunsod through an Appropriation Ordinance - General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only. (Php2, 306, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Reverse Osmosis, Water Treatment Processor and its Consumables of Dialysis Unit-San Pablo City General Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
