Description : 1. The Municipal Government of Mamburao, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 2, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Response Vehicle (Cargo Truck) (Contract ID No. PB-GOODS-2402). The period for the performance of obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Mamburao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and Delivery of Goods requires Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the period April 15, 2022 to April 14, 2024 a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
