1. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its 70% MDRRM Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifteen Thousand Ten Pesos & 76/100 ( Php 715, 010.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESPONSE-RESCUE EQUIPMENT. Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty five (25) calendar days.
