1) The Municipality of Itogon through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand pesos only (Php500, 000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESCUE EQUIPMENT, Solicitation No. 24-363. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at the bid opening.
