1. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its 70% DRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos only (Php 417, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESCUE RESPONSE EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESCUE RESPONSE EQUIPMENT. Delivery of the Goods is required within Twenty (20 ) calendar days. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instruction to Bidders.
