Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF REAGENTS FOR MHO-LABORATORY USE
(SOLANO 060-2026)
1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through MUNICIPAL TRUST FUND - PHILHEALTH, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P435, 750.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Reagents for MHO-Laboratory Use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
