Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php4, 000, 000.00) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Ready-to-Lay Chicken under the Livestock Economic Enterprise Development Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days in the province of Oriental and Occidental Mindoro, Romblon and Palawan. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
