1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the LIVESTOCK - 2026 CURRENT FUND - MOOE intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (P16, 878, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Ready to Lay Chickens, Battery Cages and Feeds”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods shall be within Sixty (60) Calendar Days (1st Batch) after receipt of NTP and within Thirty (30) Calendar Days (2nd and 3rd Batch) Two (2) months after first batch delivery.
