Description : 1) The Schools Division Office of Parañaque City, through the School Based Feeding Program Fund with RO-NCR-26-00258 dated April 13, 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (₱8, 466, 590.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Raw Materials for SBFP 2026 Hot Meals. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Schools Division Office of Parañaque City now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Raw Materials for SBFP 2026 Hot Meals using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of Goods and Services requires Nineteen (19) days. Bidders should have completed at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
