Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

Supply and Delivery of Raw Materials (Powdered Cereal Drink) for Family Food Packs - Stockpile 2021

The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V, through the GAA, the General Appropriations Act CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 1, 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Raw Materials (Powdered Cereal Drink) for Family Food Packs - Stockpile 2021/IB GOP 2021 DSWD-055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per approved final schedule. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
