INVITATION TO BID FOR: Supply and Delivery of Rapid Response Rescue Vehicle with Customized Markings
1. The City Government of Toledo under the Trust Fund - DRRM 70% Preparedness CY 2024 AWP 2026 2.3 - has appropriated the sum of NINE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php9, 200, 000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and Delivery of Rapid Response Rescue Vehicle with Customized Markings. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (120) working days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
