Description : 1 Supply and Delivery of Purified Drinking Water from June to December 2026
Technical Specification:
- The Purified drinking water shall have undergone a filtration/purification process utilizing at least a sixteen (16)-stage reverse osmosis system and shall comply with the standards of the Department of Health (DOH) and/or the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW).
- All water bottle/containers shall be thoroughly cleaned, preferably through a pressurized cleaning process, and properly sanitized prior to filling.
- Each water container shall have a capacity of five (5) gallons and shall be made of safe, food-grade polycarbonate material.
- Each container shall be properly sealed with a tamper-evident, single-use plastic cap and labeled with the evident, single-use plastic cap and labeled with the company name of the winning bidder.
- Upon delivery, all water containers shall be tamper-proof, free from dents, cracks, or other defects, and individually wrapped in transparent plastic bags.
