1) The City Government of Kidapawan, through the 20% Economic Development Fund CY 20254 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Purified Chick Embryo Cultured Vaccine (PCECV), Equine Rabies Immunoglobulin (ERIG) and Tetanus Toxoid for the use of City Health Office (Animal Bite Section). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
