1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through Trust Fund (PMNP HPG) intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php352, 650.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Projector, Printer, Camera, Speaker with Microphone, Display Racks, Smart TV & Tripod (Nutrition Program-PMNP-HPG) /ITB-18-2026-G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Laoang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods within 15 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
