Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PROGRAM SOUVENIRS FOR GRADUATION CEREMONY SY 2025-2026
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT - MALILIPOT, intends to apply the sum of ₱929, 470.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Program Souvenirs for Graduation Ceremony SY 2025-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT - MALILIPOT now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Program Souvenirs using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
