REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY of PREPAID CARDS - Globe
The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) is inviting Suppliers to submit a proposal / quotation for the above stated project for Pag-IBIG Fund, Tuguegarao Branch with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED (P 57, 600.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Interested suppliers may obtain further information from the Admin Procurement Unit, Ground Flr., Editha Tuddao Bldg. Balzain Road, Tuguegarao.
A copy of Request for quotation may be issued to interested suppliers by the Admin. Procurement Unit, Tuguegarao Hub on APRIL 25, 2024.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
Request for Quotation must be delivered on or before APRIL 29, 2024. at the Admin. Section, Tuguegarao HUB not later than 3:00 PM. Late proposals shall not be accepted.
