Description : The National Food Authority Western Visayas Regional Office - Regional VI, through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), will undertake the Small Value Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Polyester Laminated Tarpaulin Sheets (Sakoline) Requirements for NFA Western Visayas for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act of 12009.
Please quote your best offer but not exceeding the total Approved Budget amounting to One Million Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Twenty-Five Pesos (P1, 559, 025.00), inclusive of tax, subject to the attached Terms and Conditions.
Submit your sealed quotation (RFQ) to the RBAC Secretariat, 2/F National Food Authority Region VI Building, Quintin Salas St., Jaro, Iloilo City not later than June 30, 2026 at 09:00 AM. Quotations submitted after the deadline of the submission of quotations shall not be accepted.
