SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PLASTIC SCHOOL ARMCHAIRS FOR DISTRIBUTION TO DIFFERENT SCHOOLS PROVINCEWIDE
IB NO. GSA-2026-015
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php 5, 999, 700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Plastic School Armchairs for distribution to different schools provincewide. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division Goods and Services Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
