The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the HVCDP-2026 Current Fund -MOOE intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-six Pesos Only (P6, 659, 936.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Planting Materials under HVCDP 2026”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on the delivery schedule and to the designated drop-off points (see attached) after receipt of NTP.
