1) The LGU-Macalelon, Quezon, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos Only (₱560, 575.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Perishable and Non-Perishable Foods for Supplementary Feeding Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
