Information for Bidder/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : The bidder must qualify as a National Competent Bidder. The bidder must possess a valid trade license and a valid tax clearance certificate. Relevant catalogues or brochures of the proposed items, along with manufacturer details, must be submitted. A material strength test report for the concrete grass paver must be furnished at the time of material delivery. Quoted rates must conform to the specifications outlined in the SBD, or exceed them. The supplier's quoted rate must be inclusive of all associated costs, including loading, delivery, taxes, customs clearance, and any other incidental expenses. Bidders are required to submit material samples to the Project Management Office at the time of evaluation; failure to do so will result in the bidder being deemed unresponsive. Given that this represents a first-of-its-kind design under GMC, the quality of materials must remain the Project's foremost priority, alongside securing the most competitive rates.
