The Municipal Government of Cuyo hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser”, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invite interested parties to submit price proposal for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PACK LUNCH AND DINNER FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AND SUPPORT STAFF OF UPCOMING MEDICAL, DENTAL AND SURGICAL MISSION” through Negotiated Procurement (Section 53.2, IRR of R.A. No. 9184):
