INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies for use of Various Hospitals
1) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 (Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos Only (Php1, 357, 136.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies for use of Various Hospitals (Ref. No. 156-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of housekeeping supplies/materials. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
