Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies for MLGU Use (First Quarter)
1) The Municipal Government of Kabayan, through the Annual Budget, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (PhP487, 985.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies for MLGU Use (First Quarter). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Kabayan now invites bids for the procurement of various other supplies including delivery. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendars days from the receipt of the NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
