Detailed_Description : RFB for the bulk printing, manufacturing, inventory and distribution of Ontario Student Records and Ontario Student Transcripts in English and French to all public and private schools in Ontario on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Education.

Scope of Work : Each student in the province requires an Ontario Student Record (OSR) in either an English or French version and each high school student requires an Ontario Student Transcript (OST) in either an English or French version.Each school or school board is responsible for ordering these items on an “as need” basis. Upon delivery, the OST is then imprinted by the Client with each student-s personal information via numerous laser printers. The paper must have the ability to run problem-free on various types of reproduction equipment. This will include laser printers.There are approximately 4, 000 Elementary schools and 900 Secondary Schools in Ontario. This number may vary from time to time. Schools are broken down in the following categories: public/catholic, private, First Nations and provincial schools. Each School places orders directly to the Supplier from time to time, for OSR and individual OST items.There are approximately 1.4 million students in Ontario elementary schools. There are also approximately 628, 000 students in Ontario secondary schools. These numbers vary from time to time.All students in Ontario schools require an Ontario Student Record. Students require a copy of their OST upon leaving the secondary school on a permanent basis, and may request an OST copy later in life.It is estimated that 500, 000 OST forms are purchased by the Clients throughout the year along with additional items. Historically, ordering information indicates that a “peak ordering period” occurs during the months of June through August each year
