Supply and Delivery of One(1) Unit Fabricated Rubberized Rice Mill

INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS;

1.BIDDERS are required to read the instructions and Fill Up the Blanks properly. PLEASE WRITE LEGIBLY

2.All prices quoted herein are valid, binding and effective at least within thirty (30) calendar days from date of quotation.

3.Specifications herein provided are the minimum requirements; hence a bidder must not offer lower specifications than required.

4.Quotations(s) must include all kinds of taxes for the item(s)/services listed hereunder, including delivery charges

5.Mandatory Requirements; PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration. The Proposal shall be accompanied by aforementioned documents, otherwise, non-submission of which shall result automatic disqualification of proposal

6.All Deliveries by suppliers shall subject to inspection and acceptance by the authorized Representative of the Provincial Government of Kalinga. All necessary laboratory test undertaken by the Provincial Government of Kalinga (Concerned Offices) on the item(s) shall be for the account of the supplier.

7.Rejected deliveries shall be construed as non-delivery of product(s)/item(s) so ordered and shall be subject to liquidated damages, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed under paragraph 4 thereof.

8.Supplier shall guarantee his deliveries to be free from defects. Any defective item(s)/product(s), therefore that may be discovered by the Provincial Government of Kalinga within three(3) months after acceptance of the same and shall be replaced by the supplier within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of a written notice to that effect.

9.All transactions are subject to withholding of creditable Value Added Tax (VAT) per Revenue Regulations No. 10-93

INVITATION TO QUOTE

1. The Government of the Republic of the Philippines has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and its intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment for the coast of Name of Contract: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE(1) UNIT FABRICATED RUBBERIZED RICE MILL.

2.The PLGU of Kalinga hereinafter referred to as the End-User, now requests interested applicants to submit quotations for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE(1) UNIT FABRICATED RUBBERIZED RICE MILL.

3.All Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be delivered in hard copies placed in s sealed envelope marked. SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE(1) UNIT FABRICATED RUBBERIZED RICE MILL, with solicitation no. PRDP-IR-RCAR-KAL-002-000-000-2017. All entries must be written or handwritten eligibly.

4. Quotations must be delivered at the address below not later than 9:00am of September 5, 2018

5.The procurement procedures will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the World Bank Guidelines and taking into consideration the related provision in the Project Loan Agreement and Guidelines in the Procurement under the IBRD loans and IDA credits

6.The PLGU Kalinga reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to annul the procurement process or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s
