Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT WATER TRUCK-REBID (In connection with the project PB NO. BWD-INFRA-FY 2024-002)

1. The Balamban Water District, through the funding of NDRRMF, FY 2021 GAA, R.A. No. 11518 with CAF Reference No.83-2023 issued last July 21, 2023, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2, 600, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT WATER TRUCK- REBID (PB-NO.BWD-FY2024-004)

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Balamban Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services shall be required on the expected delivery date as stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years of the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
