SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT SERVICE VEHICLE INTENDED FOR THE OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL VICE MAYOR

1. The Municipality of Kalayaan through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 1, 700, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Service Vehicle intended for the Office of Municipal Vice Mayor.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Kalayaan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Service Vehicle intended for the Office of Municipal Vice Mayor. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
