1) The Municipality of Orion Bataan through the Annual or Supplemental Budget, as approved by the Sanggunian FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Reconditioned Backhoe with reference number 26ITB-LV02-G-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Orion Bataan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Reconditioned Backhoe. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days.
