1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invite PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY of One (1) Unit PORTABLE FUEL MACHINE WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Four Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php 470, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
