Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT PORTABLE FUEL MACHINE WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through 2025 GF Supplemental Budget and as per Authority for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT PORTABLE FUEL MACHINE WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 470, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT PORTABLE FUEL MACHINE WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery is required 20 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
