Description : 1) The Municipal Government of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through Municipal Health Office (MHO), Capital-Outlay, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT PORTABLE DENTAL X-RAY .
